What is a French macaron? Are these the coconut desserts?

It’s an almond meringue cookie filled with different flavors. The fillings are made of buttercreams, ganaches, or jams. A macaroon (note the extra "o") is a crunchy American cookie made with coconut.

Is it gluten free? 

Yes, it is made with almond meal and not wheat flour. 

Is it dairy free? 

No, the buttercream fillings have butter and the ganache uses heavy cream.

What is the shelf life? 

They last a week in the fridge and a month in the freezer (best in an airtight container).

Do you bake these yourself?

Yes, we bake the macarons in our kitchen located in Plano in the Prairie Village shopping center at 15th Street and Independence Parkway.

Where is your store located?

We are located at The Market in the Dallas Farmers Market! You can also pick up macarons from our kitchen in Plano and select farmers markets on the weekends.

Do you ship?

Do you deliver?

We provide delivery through our website ("Orders" page) as well as through the UberEats and Amazon Restaurants platforms.

How do you make them? How long does it take to bake these?

You start with a meringue base and then fold in almond meal to make the batter. When reaching the correct consistency, they’re hand piped onto baking trays and baked. The fillings are buttercreams, ganaches, or jams.

What is black sesame? 

It is our most unique flavor and seen in many Asian desserts. It’s kind of nutty, savory, and sweet combination, tastes like peanut butter.

I’ve never had a macaron before. What should I look for?

You want to notice the light, airy texture, and very strong flavor of the filling. It’s a nice and light delicate dessert, and goes great with the morning coffee.
