Shipping Policies

  • Your order will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and to guarantee the freshness of our products. We cannot ship on national holidays or Thursdays-Sundays. 
  • Orders received after 2 p.m. CST on Wednesday will be shipped the next Monday, given that day is not a holiday.
  • Orders can only be shipped nationwide, excluding U.S. territories and PO boxes.
  • All orders will be sent via USPS 2-Day shipping.
  • Charges resulting from returned/rerouted packages due to incorrect addresses will be billed in full to the customer.
  • Orders can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date. Contact us at info@chellesmacarons for these inquiries.
  • Chelles Macarons will not be responsible for any damage caused to the product after the package is shipped. For damage claims, please consult the USPS.
