About Us

I’m Rochelle, aka “Chelle”, a twenty something with a passion for baking, specifically French macarons.  

My first encounter with “macs”, as I like to call them, was sophomore year of college in my French class.  From the first bite, I was intrigued with the delicate texture and aesthetic of these cookies.  Out of my home kitchen, I perfected my macaron technique and started experimenting.  If artists see the world in color and shapes, I see the world in flavor.  I was excited to incorporate flavors I loved, but weren’t customary for macs, and thus, Chelle’s was born.
