Note: “Retailer” refers to your business and “Wholesaler” refers to the Chelles Macarons.

Terms:

Retailer will provide a copy of resale permit and tax id prior to receipt of product from Wholesaler.
A minimum of 250 macarons is required per order.
Orders must be placed in increments of 250 macarons.
All wholesale orders must be placed by Retailer 48 hours or more in advance of shipping or pickup date requested.

Macaron Wholesale Pricing:

Suggested Retail Price is $2.00-$2.50 per Macaron.

An additional 3% will be added in the invoice if payment is made via Credit Card.

Other no fee payment options are bank transfer and check / cash upon pickup.

Macarons are considered a perishable food product and cannot be returned without reasonable defect. Defects must be brought to the attention of the Wholesaler within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
Proof of such defects is required to be submitted via email (wholesale@chellesmacarons.com) or text messages in the form of digital pictures. If the Retailer fails to notify the Wholesaler of any such defects within such period, the shipment of Products shall be deemed accepted.
No refunds will be given for failure to comply with written care, storage, and handling instructions provided by Wholesaler.

Payment:

Payment can be made via Credit Card on file (3% fee added) or Bank Transfer (No fee), selection to be made during signup.
If Credit Card is selected, credit card on file (with 3% fee) will be used for payment.
If Bank Transfer is selected, retailer will receive online invoice via Quickbooks.
Order will be shipped on next shipping day AFTER payment is received.

Wholesaler will provide written instructions for care, storage, handling, ingredients list, and key facts / selling points of product.
